When big events happen in the world is the first report accurately, to the government in this field to correct the information and fit their version of the story. This is why many news reports are conflicting out. You see, a witness who saw the report that they actually saw, and what is actually done their observations to their best ability, then let other people who repeat what they hear a different story.
But then, the government is a total shame you put positive stories and their future events to support efforts to control and maintain order, to save face as the world media. You can imagine how difficult it is for intelligence gathering depends on if you're only on CNN, Twitter, or the observer witnesses called after the fact.
Even worse, as a group or individual wants to purport this information for purposes, they can do so by using social media and can cause real chaos transition. Often times, it may take days to actually get out, or condemn others as nonsense information. However, always leave a question mark in the minds of people as the truth of what happened, and that one can really believe. This is that the more serious problems in the digital era.
